Axis Conditioning and Hoops has training, teams, clinics and programs for boys and girls where we teach all players the fundamentals of the game of basketball, focusing on the development of team concepts and ideals, as well as individuals.
Our Preseason Training Camp is back for another year. These 90 minute workouts are for players looking to make an impact on their high school programs. We will be offering 8 sessions - leading right up to tryouts. Sessions will run from October 24 through November 16. In order to allow players to really work on their skills, sessions will be limited to the first 15 players who sign up. Workouts will feature a combination of the following: ball handling, shooting, scoring, playmaking, defense, conditioning, strength, agility, contact work, plus more.
