February Vacation Training Camps
Boys and Girls, Grades 4-8th
Run by Coach Ted Cottrell and the Academy Staff
Monday February 16 - Thursday February 19
9am to 2pm
Four Day Clinic Includes:

Professional Coaching Staff (College, HS, Certified Trainers)

Example Daily Itinerary:
8:30 - 9:15am: Sign-in and open shooting
9:15 - 9:45am: Dynamic Warm Up
9:45 - 11am: Fundamental Stations
11:00 - 11:30am: Position specific instruction
11:30 - 12:15pm: Lunch/open shooting
12:15 - 1:00pm - Hot Shots Shooting
1:00 - 2:00pm: 3v3 half court tournaments
2:00pm: Parent Pick-Up
Cost:
Register for all 4 days - $125
Register for 1, 2 or 3 days - $40 each day
